1. Add one cap full of powder to 500 mL of water in a sports bottle.
2. Shake the bottle vigorously for ten seconds. It helps to use your hand to cover the opening of the bottle, or the powder could become lodged in the nozzle.

4. Shake the bottle for twenty more seconds and leave the cap on.
